Nic gave a great in home deep tissue massage. he was on-time and set up very quickly. I am very active so the deep tissue intensity was needed and gave a lot of relief. Nic also pointed out stretching techniques and posture changes that could reduce some tightness and pain that I experience. The experience was effective and relaxing.
