SAF stands for "Self Awareness Formulas" and, as the name implies, this system allows the client and the practitioner an inside look at which organ and gland systems are being energetically taxed or weakened by influences which range from bad habits like smoking and drinking to negative influences like environmental overloads or too much Sunlight!

The beauty of this system is in its reach. Not only does it allow a practitioner of any particular field of interest the view into the energetic processes of their client but it also formulates, through a diverse catalog, which remedies are needed in order to re-establish balance in the body.

This is the overall goal of SAF. Finding equilibrium in an ever changing and ever demanding world. The means by which the client will find this equilibrium will differ as we would suspect it should.
